DAYTONA BEACH, Fla., March 5, 2024 – The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) has been recognized as one of the Best Places to Work in Sports by Sports Business Journal (SBJ). In its inaugural year, the Best Places to Work in Sports distinction celebrates companies that demonstrate outstanding leadership and prioritize the well-being and satisfaction of their employees and highlights the LPGA’s exceptional commitment to its employees and its position as a leader in the sports industry.
According to SBJ, a total of 116 companies satisfied Quantum’s criteria to be considered an “honoree;” however, only seventy-five of those 116 companies generated a score high enough to be deemed a Best Place to Work in Sports. Selection for this recognition was based on comprehensive employee feedback gathered through an online survey administered by Quantum Workplace. With a commitment to transparency and confidentiality, employees were invited to provide their insights on various aspects of the workplace environment. The survey, conducted in late 2023, reflected the input from employees across the organization, from new hires to veteran employees.
“This recognition affirms what we’ve long known: we have an immensely talented team who are dedicated to our mission of being the global leader in women’s golf and using our unique platform to empower, inspire, and advance opportunities for girls and women, on and off the golf course,” said LPGA Commissioner Mollie Marcoux Samaan. “I’m immensely proud of all we’ve achieved together thus far. And, as we continue to invest in our growth and expand our impact, I look forward to welcoming more talented individuals to our team, enabling us to further our mission and deliver even more value to our members, fans and partners.”
